Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the USA and Puerto Rico. Our processing time is 1 to 3 business days, using USPS First Class Mail (3 to 7 days).

 

• Our shipping time is different from the delivery time. The delivery time may experience a delay because of the current Covid-19 crisis.

 

• Once the package is shipped, the carrier is responsible for its safety and delivery. If there is an issue with your parcel, or if it gets lost, delayed, or stolen, please communicate directly with USPS first. Once we send you a package, we are no longer responsible, as we don’t have control over delivery.

 

• We always make sure our products are carefully packed to guarantee its safe arrival.

 

• Before placing an order, make sure that you put the right address, as we are not responsible for mistakes on the address.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons and the nature of our product to prioritize our customer safety.

 

Cancellations

Once your payment is processed, we won’t accept any cancellations under any circumstances. For that reason, make sure that the product you order is the right one.
